Day 3 THURS TEL AVIV
Visit Neot Kedumim Biblical Landscape Reserve, a beautiful Biblical park that will bring fresh insight to the Word of God. There will be an opportunity to join in one of the numerous workshops, such as picking the fruits of the “Seven Species of the Land of Israel “ (when in season), making olive oil, tasting the
produce of the vine, herding sheep and goats, drawing water from an ancient cistern. Enjoy the fruits of our labour with a special Biblical luncheon. The afternoon provides an overview of the city of Tel Aviv.
Continue to your hotel for a time of relaxation.
Literally with the Bible in one hand and a spade in the other, Neot Kedumim has established a network of natural and agricultural landscapes bearing names that indicate their textual source - the Forest of Milk and Honey, Dale of the Song of Songs, Isaiah's Vineyard, the Fields of the Seven Species are only some of the areas which we have created which embody the panorama and power of the landscapes reflected in the Bible.
A non-profit organization in Israel, Neot Kedumim has received international recognition as a model of restoration ecology — the reclamation of ravaged landscapes. In 1994, Neot Kedumim won the Israel Prize, the highest honor awarded by the State of Israel, for its special contribution to the society and the state.
